The HeartR PDA occluder is a self-expandable device, a cone shape designed to conform the anatomical features of patent ductus arteriosus. A retention skirt on the distal side provides secure positioning in the aortic side. Dense PTFE membranes being capable to block high-pressure blood flow are securely sewn into device with an excellent immediately complete closure rate.
